Design concept
Beginning with client’s need ,lifestyle and aesthetic understanding brief and understanding , aspiration etc. we begin with conceptualization process with relevant research followed by creating options in terms of themes and design concepts. This is a very collaborative stage and we invite our clients to give as much feedback as possible to ensure we are on the right page.
Design consolidation
Based on client’s feedback we progress with design development moodboard and design details with estimate. At this stage we will also present a fully itemised breakdown of costs in line with the agreed budget
Project supervision and completion
Once thew execution
of the project is underway,we make it sure it is all done as per design with regular site inspections The schedule of works will be outlined and agreed and
is executed with timely completion with utmost attention to its quality, finish and feel as per our commitment made to the client. We will keep the client updated throughout as well as oversee the snagging during the snagging period, allowing our client to enjoy their property with peace of mind.
